These terms and conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, shipping, and claiming the products offered on this site. Website Prirodna.com may be used for your private use at no charge for use, subject to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is Gala Group Ltd., and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who completes the electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card or cash payment.
The buyer orders the product or products through an electronic order form.
A buyer is any person who orders at least one product electronically, fills in the required information, and sends the order.
All prices are in BAM, VAT included. The buyer additionally has the option of displaying prices in HRK, USD, and EUR.
Products are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and storing it in the cart.
We consider the products as ordered when the buyer chooses and confirms the payment method.
Products or services ordered are paid online by one of the credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro ili Visa.
When picking up, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. In case of damage, he has to immediately advertise the product to the delivery person (an employee of the company performing the delivery). Seller disclaims all liability for damage that may occur on delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the products, or the delivery notice, after it’s sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered by the seller, he is entitled to claim from the buyer reimbursement of all costs associated with delivery.
The seller agrees to ship to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation that the online transaction is approved. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the seller agrees to ship within 5 (five) business days.
Once the shipper (the shipping company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and any delays and problems that may arise regarding the further manipulation and distribution of the products.
If the buyer chooses to download the product instead of shipping, the seller agrees to send the notification solely. He sends it in the form of an email to the buyer with download links and instructions. Upon receipt of the email (download notification), the customer can immediately download the product.
The seller agrees to deliver a product that is technically correct and fits the product description on www.prirodna.com. An image illustrating a product on a website does not have to match the actual appearance of the product, and the buyer cannot advertise this segment.
In the event of a technical malfunction of the audio tracks stored on the audio transmitter, the seller assumes full responsibility. In the case of a mechanical defect, the buyer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four) working days. After claiming a technical mistake, the buyer is required to return the technically defective audio transmitter by mail, with a delivery note, after which the seller will send the replacement product to the buyer within 3 (three) business days, without any charge. In that case, the buyer is not entitled to claim a refund but only a replacement product.
The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the supplier (the company that does the delivery of the product).
All rights of publishers and program holders of recorded and printed works are reserved. The publisher is Gala Group Ltd. The buyer undertakes not to tamper with, to reproduce, to use for work and to diffuse, and to sell the seller’s products or any part of it.
Gala Group Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the Prirodna.com website. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered during the purchase.
Services provided by Prirodna.com – the online retailer – does not include the costs you incur by using computer equipment and services to access our site.
Gala Group Ltd. is not responsible for the cost of the phone, Internet traffic, or any other expenses that may be incurred.
Although Gala Group Ltd. strives to provide the best possible service offer to you, Gala Group Ltd. cannot guarantee that the services at Gala Group Ltd. will fit your needs.
